Today is a cardio and abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Your workout today will consist of 2 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest and your job is to go ALL OUT in round two of every exercise! I used my sweat towel and my 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells today too so grab yours and let’s CRUSH IT!
Exercises:
1. Chop out jacks
2. 2 clap under high knees and 2 kicks
3. Jackknives
4. Hip Dips
5. 1 foot to 2 feet broad jumps
6. power step ups
7. Side Plank Cross Down Right
8. Side plank Cross Down left
9. 5 second quick feet and rocket jump
10. ½ burpee hop up
11. Seated Windshield wipers
12. Heel Taps
13. Press jack x 3 and knee to elbow crunch x 2
14. 6 mountain climbers and plank crunch left then right
15. Sumo squat jump x 2 with overhead crunch x 4
16. 3 slow crunches and 3 faster tucks

A little behind and knew about the music, so put on my own playlist. It actually worked like magic! Was so refreshing to hear my own music! I am sure no music wouldn't be the standard, but it might be fun to do this from time to time on purpose. You could release with an optional playlist like you made for dirty 30?

Took me 3 full minutes to figure out there was no music. You know what, I don't care because she shows up for us NO MATTER WHAT!
